Since 2010, we have collaborated with local developers in Hong Kong to invest in office buildings within the Central Business District, establishing a Special Purpose Company (SPC) to manage local operations. Our first three projects were successfully brought to full sell-out shortly after completion. While sales of the remaining three buildings were delayed due to pandemic-affected market conditions, the market is now rebounding.
