Since 2010, we have collaborated with local developers in Hong Kong to invest in office buildings within the Central Business District, establishing a Special Purpose Company (SPC) to manage local operations. Our first three projects were successfully brought to full sell-out shortly after completion. While sales of the remaining three buildings were delayed due to pandemic-affected market conditions, the market is now rebounding. Demand for quality office space is rising, positioning these projects for strong sales and lasting value.

Kowloon East, located adjacent to the former Hong Kong International Airport, was once an industrial zone. It is gaining significant attention as it undergoes redevelopment for urban planning. All floors of our recent project were sold out rapidly, with 90% of buyers being end consumers, including a famous singer, a movie company, a renowned comic artist, and others.

This project is a dynamic mixed-use facility with lower floors dedicated to a vibrant commercial zone. Located in Cheung Sha Wan, an emerging business hub, the area is home to wholesale dealers specializing in clothes, accessories, and toys. Over the years, Cheung Sha Wan has transformed into a prominent trading center with increasing commercial and retail activity.

The Kwai Hing area, an established industrial zone, is ideally located near Hong Kong Airport, the Container Terminal, and the Shenzhen border, providing excellent access for logistics and back-office operations. With growing demand for office space, driven by mainland Chinese companies, redevelopment in the area has accelerated.
The project is conveniently located across from the KCC complex, featuring restaurants and shops, and is directly connected to MTR Kwai Hing station.

The 4th project is located in the New Territories, near China, with excellent access to China, Hong Kong Airport, and the central business district. As business ties between Hong Kong and China grow, the area is expected to see increased demand for office space.

The project is well-connected, with two major MTR stations nearby: Tsuen Wan Station on the main line and Tsuen Wan West Station, close to residential developments, shopping malls, and the waterfront.

T73 is just a 4-minute walk from the third project, K83. Located at the northwest border of Hong Kong and China, Tsuen Wan was developed as the Tsuen Wan Commercial Industrial Area (TWI Zone). With Tsuen Wan West Station only 3 stops from the high-speed rail connecting Mainland China and Hong Kong, the area is set to become a key gateway for cross-border business. As business activity increases, Tsuen Wan is expected to evolve into a prominent office district.

CSW1018 is just a 4-minute walk from the second project, CSW650. Located in Cheung Sha Wan, this area has transformed from an industrial zone to a prime office destination, offering excellent convenience and high traffic accessibility.
